Having read the book over several times and ventured into its pages daily to post excerpts, I find that I keep going back to Letter Twelve. It is our learning tool for resonance and DNA transmutation. Along with Letter Seventeen “Three More Suggestions” it holds the formula for Awakened Humankind. I have decided to post the entire Letter Twelve for the reader’s benefit and will do the same with Letter Seventeen sometime soon.

There are three suggestions I’d like to offer. You need not take them as gospel truth, but they exemplify vigilan attitudes toward life. They can help for humans as well.
