I had an interesting experience this past Sunday in the line of fear and the ability to overcome it. I was attending a funeral of a dear friend’s nephew and on the way was taken by the fear of approaching the open casket. I really don’t like to view a person after Spirit has left the body. As silly as it sounds I shudder every time I have to participate in a viewing. The energy in the room is usually filled with such tremendous sadness and my auric field absorbs it and rattles my emotional senses. I had intended to go into the funeral parlor and find my way to a seat in the rear. Upon entering I realized that the only access to the room was from the front and in order to get in you first had to get in line to approach the casket and pay condolences to the bereaved. As I stood there trying to be cool and collected I found my gaze turning toward the coffin. It was an eerie feeling, a kind of tug of war, because my inner being wanted to overcome this fear and my mind was playing into it. As I gazed at the lifeless form I started to relax. I did not resist the fear, I just started to notice it and it’s effect over me and as I allowed it to be it became less of a problem. It did, in fact, become a kind of meditation. As my consciousness started to elevate I began to notice a ball of energy moving over the body. It seemed to be playing, bouncing back and forth. I then noticed, as people approached the body , the ball started to draw off of there auric energy. I could see streams of white light being pulled up to the ball like dancing fingers.

Letter Nineteen “Jerusalem”
With Easter and Passover upon us I thought a look at the future, in the most turbulent place on the planet, would be appropriate. There is no greater ego clash than this holy city of diversity. Where Source has planted the seeds of faith the trees have grown in restless confusion. It could be that this one element of human disaster is the stimulus for our entering a state of understanding and the catalyst for our genetic mutation. How do we reconcile our differences and move ahead in Peace?
Doesn’t Jerusalem mean the ‘place of peace’ or something?”
It means many things to many people. You’re close. Shalom means ‘peace’, of course. But that is not the root word for the name of the city. The Hebrew word, Shalem, means ‘wholeness’; Jeru, means ‘legacy’. In the last 500 years Jerusalem has come to be called ‘the city of wholeness’. But it is also appropriate to think about peace here. Jerusalem has become a place of profound peace today, after thousands of years of war.

what is wrong here?
what is wrong here?
anxious men and women running mindless through the streets.
cursing, spitting, like mad dogs they are.
is the intelligent quotient above 55?
the advanced mind seeks a rousing debate.
the advanced mind seeks solutions through ingenuity.
the advanced mind wants to conquer the world of misery and despair.
the advanced mind is waiting for us to advance.
and yet we are stuck in a bog, sinking deeper, deeper, beyond the realm of reason.
my human self and MY GOD SELF
On my travels Wednesday, from California to New Jersey, I was in a perfect place for receiving this next piece. Cruising at 35,000 feet, cocooned in the darkness, with headphones on listening to a Monroe Institute hemi-sync cd “Chakra Journey,” the following passages from “Sides of Oneness” crossed my mind. As I read these paragraphs I suddenly realized the truth about God and our living beings. I’ve read these passages before but never have they entered my consciousness with such profound identification that I could truly sense the magic impact on my presence. I took the liberty to omit certain responses from Robert as to allow the flow of O’s explanation to carry a thread from thought to thought. And so I needed some recognition from my fellow traveler and called Robert yesterday to get his input on this most nuanced subject. As we spoke I found myself entering a portal, as Robert calls it, of subtle is-ness. It swirled around my head and settled in the deepest recesses of my conscious awareness. It allowed me to feel that state of poise when recognition bombards you with visions of knowing.
So here it is. God has created, for its own desire, the realm of separation from itself through its divine creation homo sapien. And as each of us walks through this life of unknowing, it is that experience that God has desired to have in order to rediscover itself through awakened humankind. It’s a game that God is playing with itself, through us. This is what makes each one of us so important in the cosmic game. Each one of us is a singularity of God’s Oneness state. And each singularity is as important as the next. Should any of the singularities go missing or become corrupted God could no longer be One within itself. It is this factor that make each singularity priceless. For without one of us God could no longer exist.
Letter Fifteen “Governance”
Now that we have ended the first stage of ego’s individuated struggle for control of Health Care we can sit back for a brief moment as the second wave strengthens for battle. Now that we have seen the process up close we can no longer buy in to the belief of “our leaders, best and brightest.” We have seen ignorance rear it’s ugly face in the streets, with demonstrators from both sides engaged in a new level of civil war. Our society has learned nothing from the difficult times of our past. It seems every new moment of change for the betterment of human life is accompanied by the strangling beast that is ego. Among other things, ego robs us of the one element of humanness’ that is the most important for sharing the expression of oneness – Compassion. In this one word lies the ability to change the entire structure of relationship on this world. With Compassion comes understanding and with understanding comes giving. Through this giving we can become one with our fellow travelers. We can bring our generosity to the table instead of ignoring it.
And so the Health Care debate continues to the next stage. We can help our elected body by offering generosity into the universal vibration. Allowing tears of wisdom to flow into the minds of others is our Soul’s request. It is not only Health Care that is at stake, it is the Caring Human.
Letter Sixteen “Morality, Sex and Relationships”
I’ve always been curious about the rules we’ve made up to guide us along the way. I know we believe they came from God, through a couple of tablets carved out on a mountain. Or maybe from information told to disciples and then, second handed, passed on to the scribes who were less than interested and just wanted to get paid for their work. Did any one proof read the scribes? Since most of the purveyors of the message couldn’t read or write themselves, who checked? Have you ever played that telephone game when you were younger where you tell the next person in line something and by the time it gets to the twelfth person it doesn’t sound anything the same? Is that what happened to the rules we thought came from our God?
“…I would like to know how your world views morality.”
The Road to Prosperity is Paved with Good Intendings
Most of us have heard of “The Secret” and the use of intending to actuate the desired response. To tell you the truth, I have been practicing this notion for several years with a modicum of success. It seemed every time our business entered a lull I would just send my intent out and the phone would ring with a potential client – ah, what a gift. That’s what I thought, until the end of 2008 when everything dried up including my good intending. Perhaps my gift was everything it was meant to be and now “The Universe” was directing me to take another path; or maybe it was just a coincidence and the phone would have rung anyway because the market was still strong. Whatever we want to believe it is it takes over our psyche and gives us that sense of security that helps us sleep better at night.
Last week Robert emailed me an article from Neale Donald Walsch’s newsletter. His series “Conversations With God” stayed on the NY Times bestseller list for years. And yes, with every successful spiritual adviser there comes a list of detractors, always eager to repudiate their claims and find fault in every word. But this article hits home. It is pure and real, beyond the mind of doubt and criticism. It has such a clear ring to its nature that it echoes into the higher self and sends back a message of YES.
I’ve included Robert’s comment as well, for it is so fitting.

The Art of Listening
One element, so crucial in human development and missing in modern day living, is the ability to listen and cognitively approach the thoughts of others as a learning tool. In our present world, built on branding, spin and sound bites, we have lost touch with thoughtful analysis and broad mental curiosity. Of course there are exceptions, such as field researchers and scientists, including mathematicians, but for the rest of us we seem to have evolved into close minded, gut reactionaries. From the lofty halls of Government to the kitchens of middle America, we have entered into a state of brain fog and have lost that acuity of mind so pertinent in problem solving and life advancement.
I would like to turn you on to the most recent Bill Moyers program and his interview with John Sexton, president of New York University. In this interview we find a moment of brilliance as Mr. Sexton tries to make us think outside the box.

Letter Eight “The End”
As we move ahead into the light of transformation we ask ourselves how this change of species will take place. Will Conscious Evolution first rid the planet of this confused humanity and start again? Perhaps other dimensional beings will seed this place as we have been told happened in our past.
I think that we are the true pioneers of this journey and our conscious awareness will make this transition a most beautiful experience. Imagine waking up, out of the illusion created by our egos, into a new attunement to life. Imagine changing the distorted vision that we see as living, by dissolving the residue of ego that covers our minds lenses.
We have been laughed at in the past when we dared to imagine a world so ideal, so utopian, that the concept of conflict no longer exists. And now, the laughing has died down. The vision has moved out of the dream and into the streets. We are conscious enough today to make it an actuality.
“So, as much as I’m afraid to ask this, how did we die? How did it happen, and what was it like for us in the end?”
