I started to write here several times in the last few days. Feeling the need to say something seemed to be motivated by ego and nothing of substance ever appeared. My inner voice is empty and I am unsure why it doesn’t inspire. Perhaps the emptiness is the inspiration.
There is so much noise being produced by the social marketeers; Election, hurricane, hurricane, election – and the most overused catch phrase of the year “it’s the new normal.” What next? Perhaps, this is a time for reflection and not a time to talk.
I’m offering this ten minute meditation so we can shut down our mental gymnastics and go deep without. See you on the other side.
