Emptiness is the cradle of all expression, I would say. An intelligence of spirit lives deep down inside us—in our profound, empty stillness. With a twist of imagination and curiosity, we can give voice to this silence. Over many years I have practiced in this manner, putting words to the impressions that arise. My musings gradually developed into casual conversations with what I call, All Self (AS). This book is composed of some of these dialogues.
